Fall Classes in Albuquerque and Santa Fe

This fall, I will be teaching community classes in Albuquerque (at the Harwood Art Center) and Santa Fe (at the College of Santa Fe). No prior experience in gamelan or music is required, so please join me and learn the art of making this beautiful music!
The classes at the Harwood will run for 6 weeks, beginning October 16th, on Saturday mornings from 10:00-12:00 noon, and are open to all ages. The classes at the College of Santa Fe, part of the Ensemble Series of the Contemporary Music Program, will run 15 weeks, beginning September 1st, on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:30pm, and will culminate in a public performance.

GAMELAN ENCANTADA is always looking for new members, and is open to all interested musicians and composers. If you have some percussion or other musical experience, enjoy working with a devoted group of people, and are willing and able to commit to weekly evening rehearsals on a regular ongoing basis, we'd love to have you join us!
